Time was taken to understand our business and therefore the finished website was exactly what we wanted. Changes and additions to the website were quickly and thoroughly dealt which made the whole experience easy for us.
Simputers also optimised the website which meant more potential customers were visiting the new website. - Howard LawrenceI have been a customer of Simputers for over 10 years now, and I have no hesitation in recommending them . One of the aspects which I have found the most helpful is that when a problem occurs (as they do sometimes with computers!) they are only a local phone call away, and are able, with their technical knowledge, to give advice over the phone, without cost, to sort it out immediately. This is a great point in their favour – no more ‘helpline' call at £1 per minute!
I can also recommend them for the supply of, and upgrade of, computers, laptops and netbooks. You might find another supplier who is slightly cheaper, but when you consider the service I have outlined above, it is far better dealing with Simputers than saving the odd pound!

My firm have used the company as its IT providers for several years and we could not be more pleased with the professional and friendly service we have been provided with. Being so local they will be here almost in minutes and on so many occasions where we are up against reporting deadlines they have been available at vital times for us. We recently had a server upgrade and due to the organisation of Simputers the down time to my firm was at most one hour.
